Winchester Leisure
As part of the main refurbishment of this hotel, a new purpose built leisure conversion was required. Winchester is now one of several Revive branded leisure centres for the Pedersen Group. The complex includes reception, treatment rooms, changing rooms, gymnasium, and a free-form pool. The brief was to create a practical, maintainable, family orientated leisure complex, finished to a very high standard. The principles of Revive are currently being rolled out across all the Group's portfolio. Already completed are Winchester, Reading, and Bromsgrove with West London Crowne Plaza to follow in late 2008.Client: Pedersen Hotels
